1. Indications for SARS-CoV-2 Test
Screening Test Pre-admission or pre-procedure on asymptomatic patient
Diagnostic Test Symptomatic or exposed patient to detect disease
2. Determine PPE
Patients Precautions Isolation Signs

Expanded Single occupancy, negative pressure preferred Respiratory huddle to determine if AGPs can be mitigated

5. Place appropriate Precaution Signs on the door

6. Post doffing signage facing into the patient room
