Kidney Transplant and Dialysis Program
The Pediatric Kidney Transplant and Dialysis Program at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) provides comprehensive care for infants, children and adolescents diagnosed with kidney failure. Since the inception of the Program in 1992, we have performed 300 kidney transplants, with outcomes among the best in the nation.
Increasing the Chances of Identifying Living Kidney Donors
Through the National Kidney Registry, CHOP has access to a large pool of potential living kidney donors, which is optimal for a child’s long-term health.
